I’m still here, really I am! I’m just taking a brief hiatus from posting to Backyard Grocery.
The reason for my absence is a good one. I’m launching my health coach business soon, and I’ve been spending all of my time getting my web site built and working on my services. By the end of June, I should be up and running. I launched the Gutsy Health web site today, even though it’s not 100% done. Why wait is my motto. Stop by and visit. I’ll be posting all sorts of healthy recipes there, not just those using local ingredients (I’m still a big believer in local, but many of my clients will need/want to follow eating plans that require more options, so I’ll be posting all sorts of stuff there).
I should start posting again soon, as soon as the Southern SOLE Food Challenge starts!
